Our Conditions of Conditions (POB) scoring system analyzes news articles across multiple dimensions to provide a simple, understandable bias rating that helps you consume news more critically.
How POB Scoring Works
Every article indexed by POB Report receives a score from 0-100:
Balanced reporting with minimal bias indicators. Facts are presented objectively with multiple perspectives represented.
Some bias present. May favor certain perspectives or use loaded language, but maintains factual accuracy.
Significant bias detected. Strong editorial slant, emotional language, or one-sided presentation of issues.

- Source Diversity: Range of perspectives and sources cited
- Headline Accuracy: How well headlines reflect article content
- Factual Claims: Verifiable statements vs. opinion
- Context: Whether relevant context is provided or omitted
